What to compare in a US IPTV subscription
Most buyers can start with six concrete questions: which device will be used, what login format the player accepts, which licensed categories are available locally, how many concurrent streams are included, what the exact total costs, and who handles support or renewal. A polished poster does not answer these questions.

Programme guide and categories
An electronic programme guide should use the viewer’s time zone and let the user find a programme quickly. Categories can differ between brands; use a real account or trial to check the content you need, then confirm that the supplier has rights for that market. Network logos are third-party marks, not a promise of carriage.
Resolution and network quality
The player, source, home connection and display all affect playback. A brand name mentioning 4K or 8K does not guarantee that every programme uses that source resolution. Test at the usual viewing time and compare another working programme before blaming one part of the chain.
Apps, setup and support
Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Smart TVs, phones, PCs and set-top boxes may use different players. A player licence may be billed separately. Confirm the provider’s preferred installation method, authentication type and account recovery route. For help, send the app name, device model and a reproducible error without sharing your password.
Retail and reseller choices
Retail customers should compare the full subscription period and refund terms. Resellers should request written credit deductions, permitted territories and clear support responsibilities. Keep an audit trail of activations and enable multifactor protection for any panel that holds credits or customer records.
