Check the policy before paying
Ask whether the selected plan starts immediately, what happens when a device is incompatible, and whether an app licence is billed separately. Request the refund or cancellation conditions for the exact supplier, currency and plan length in writing before authorizing a payment.
If something fails
Keep the order confirmation and note the account activation date, app, device and reproducible error. Contact support promptly with that record and ask for the supplier's resolution or refund process. Do not send full card details or passwords through chat.
