Work from activations, not package labels
Start with a monthly forecast of new accounts and renewals. Request written deductions for every subscription length, then calculate the number of credits needed for a small pilot and a normal month. The cheapest unit price may still be expensive if unused credits expire or support costs are high.
Ask for operational terms
- Minimum package and whether unused credits expire
- Who can reverse mistakes and how corrections appear in the ledger
- Activation speed, panel roles, two-factor authentication and exportable records
- Allowed territories, content rights, customer billing and taxes
